1. Time Limit: Your refund request must be submitted within 3 days of your original purchase date.
2. Usage Limit: You must have used no more than 20 credits from your account at the time of the refund request.

If both conditions are met, you are eligible for a refund.

Please note that all payments are processed through third-party platforms (such as Stripe, PayPal, etc.), which may charge non-refundable transaction fees (up to 6% of the payment amount). The refunded amount may be slightly less than the original payment due to these processing fees.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests)
• Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
• Credits earned through free trials, giveaways, or other promotional activities
• Subscription renewals where the current billing period has already started
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated video output that is consistent with the inherent nature of generative AI (e.g., stylistic variation, minor artifacts)

• Reason for the refund request
